This privacy policy / data protection policy states all kinds, extents and reasons for collecting and using your personal data when you use this website (kehrer-modellbau.de) and is provided by the website operator:

Kehrer Modellbau is taking data protection and your privacy very serious and handles all personal data confidentially according to the legal regulations. Due to the fact that technologies change and the development of this website will go on as well, we recommend you to periodically read this privacy policy.

The definitions for used terms (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 DSGVO.

2. Cookies

This website uses cookies, which are necessary for the technical operation of the website and are always set. These cookies ensure that the content of your shopping cart, your selected  methods of delivery and payment as well as your selected country of delivery, or, if you are logged into your customer account, associated data for identification, are beeing stored during your visit to enable the checkout processing.."Cookies" are small text files which are stored on your end device.

Cookies, which increase the usability of this website, will only be used with your consent. (By clicking "Accept" at the Cookie usage notification.)

Some of the "cookies" you receive from us will be deleted automatically after your browser session or your browser has been closed (so-called "session cookies"). Other "cookies" stay permamently (until you delete them manually) on your computer re enable us to recognize you when you visit us the next time (persistent "cookies")..

We store data about the access to our website in so calles "server logfiles" on the webserver for our legitimate interest (s. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. DSGVO). This data contains:

The server logfiles are kept for a mximum of 7 days before they are deleted. The storing of this data happens for security reasons, e.g. to help solving cases of abuse or illigal activities. In case of an ongoing investigation, the respective server logfiles are excepted from the deletion until the case is solved.

4. Collecting and processing peronal data

Kehrer Modellbau only collects, uses and forwards personal data, if allowed in accordance with statutory regulations or if you have expressly permitted it..

Information which can be used to determine you as a person and which can be backtracked to you count as personal data - e.g. your name, your e-mail address or your phone number.

Kehrer Modellbau only collects personal data, if you disclose this information to us voluntarily for expample in the course of an order, by contacting us (e.g. with one of our forms or by e-mail) or if you open a customer account with us. Which kind of personal data will be collected is evident from the according input forms where the respected information is being requested.

We solely process these data for fulfillment of contracts, to respond to requests and store them only if required, to comply with deadlines from tax and commercial laws.

You can use this website without leaving any personal data. For the enhancement of our online offers we store anonymised access data. These may include the data you have requested from our website or the name of your internet provider. The anonymisation of the data makes any backtracing to your person impossible.

5. Forwarding data for the fulfillment of contracts

Your shipment address, the parcel weight as well as information about the contents of the parcel (when required by customs and / or for insurence reasons) will be handed over to the company contracted with the delivery of your parcel, as required, to fulfill our contract with you.

Depending on the payment method you have chosen during your order checkout, we hand the therefore collected payment data over to the payment service provider contracted with handling the payment for the respective order. The payment service providers may collect these data themselves, in case you open an account with one of them. In this case you will be requested to log into your account with the respective payment service provider. Insofar the respective payment service provider's data privacy policy is valid.

Data forwarding always happens through encrypted connections.

6. Other  contract data processing / data security

The server operator of this website (kehrer-modellbau.de) is the netcup GmbH (www.netcup.de). It is hosted in the Federal Republic of Germany. All data collected by the forms on our website are processed on netcup GmbH's mail- and webservers.

The access to our website only happens with the https-protocol and is secured by a valid TL/SSL-certificate. This means, e.g. data entered into a web form will be transmitted encrypted, so the data can not be read by third parties while being transmitted.

This website and it's conneced systems are protected by suitable technical and organizational measures against loss, unauthorized modification or access by third parties.

7. Handling of comments and posts

If you leave a comment or post on this website, your ip address will be stored. This happens because of our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Abs 1 lit. f. DSGVO and serves our protection. If your comment or post violates applicable law, we may be prosecuted. This is why we have a legitimate interest in the identity of the comment's or post's author.

8 .Social Media

To protect your privacy, our website does not have installed any social media plugin nor do we share any information with any social (media) network.

9. Your rights as an affected person

As a user you have the right to request information about what personal data about you has been stored. You also have the right to have inaccurate data rectifeid, to limit the use of your personal data or to have your personal data deleted. If applicable, you can exercise your right to data partability. If you believe your personal data is being unlawfully processed, you may submit a complaint to the competent authority.

10. Deletion of data

If your wish does not collide with any legal obligation to save the data, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. Data stored with us will be deleted once they are not required for their intended purpose anymore and if there are no legal obligations to keep the data. If a deletion can not happen because the data is required for legally authorised purposes, a limited use for processing takes effect. In this case your personal data will be suspended and not used for any other reasons.

Users of this website can exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their data at any time.
